The rents below are the program rents for households at or below 60 percent of the area median income. They do not change with the market. Whether you qualify depends on your household size and total yearly income, shown in the table further down.

Do I qualify?

Income limits by household size

Add up the yearly income of everyone who will live in the apartment. If the total is at or below the number for your household size, you qualify. Housing vouchers are accepted.

Step one: pre-application

Step two: full application

Photo ID for adults, proof of income for everyone who earns, and a background check. If the size you want is on a waitlist, your place is held in order from the day step one is received.
