How Harlow Park Came Together
How It Started
Harlow Park sits on 38 acres that Millbrook zoned for detached rental homes rather than an apartment building. The first phase, 64 homes along Wren Lane and Bluestem Way, opened in 2025. The idea was simple: give renters a real house, a yard and a garage, and let one team handle the leasing and the upkeep so nobody has to.
What We Are Building Next
Phase two is going up now along Meadowlark Drive and Tallgrass Court, adding the rest of the community's 142 homes across six floor plans. Streets, sidewalks and the shared trail connection to Cedar Run are already in, so new sections open street by street rather than all at once.
A Yard That Is Yours
Most homes have a fenced back yard, and every front yard is mowed and edged for you. What you do with the back yard is up to you.
Repairs Are Ours
Maintenance requests go through the resident portal and get scheduled by our own team, not a call center.
