Pick a home and a time, verify your ID once, and you get a code for the smart lock that works for that slot only. Tours run from 8am to 7pm every day, including Sundays.
Take your time and measure anything you like. If you have questions while you are inside, call the leasing number and we will pick up.

Up to two pets per home, with no weight limit and no breed restrictions beyond what our insurance requires. There is a one-time $350 pet fee and no monthly pet rent.
Most homes have a six-foot privacy fence, and the Cedar Run trail connects at the end of Bluestem Way.

Your utilities are set up before you arrive, and the internet is live on day one. We walk the home with you, show you the water shut-off and the breaker panel, and leave a welcome folder on the counter.
You have 14 days to note anything that is not right. We fix it at no charge.

We mow and edge every front yard weekly from April through October. Back yards are yours to care for, and the sprinkler system is already set to a watering schedule.
Trees and shrubs we planted are covered by our landscaping crew for the first two years.

We send renewal terms 75 days before your lease ends, with a 12, 15 and 18 month option. You can also move to a larger or smaller plan inside the community without a new deposit.
Moving out is fine too. Give us 60 days' notice and we will schedule the walkthrough.
