We want everyone to be able to use the Kestrel Ridge website.
Our goal
This site is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. That means text with strong color contrast, pages you can use with only a keyboard, visible focus outlines, images with descriptions, and labels on every form field.
The community map
Each building on the map is a control you can reach with the Tab key and select with Enter or Space. Below the map, the same apartments are listed in plain tables grouped by building, with no scripts needed.
Fair housing
Kestrel Ridge follows the Fair Housing Act. We welcome applications from every qualified person and make reasonable accommodations and modifications for residents with disabilities. Ask the leasing office about accessible apartments, ground-floor homes and building entrances.
