Pay rent online

Pay by bank transfer or card, set up automatic payments and see your balance in the resident portal. Rent is due on the first and late after the fifth.

This link goes to the property's online rent platform. In this demonstration it opens a sign-in page that is not connected to Kestrel Ridge.

Package lockers

Parcels from every carrier go into a locker in the clubhouse vestibule. You get a text with a pickup code the moment it is delivered, and the lockers are open around the clock. Packages are held for seven days.

Trash and recycling

Each building has a trash and recycling room on the ground floor, open at all hours. Large items and furniture can be set out on the first Saturday of the month for pickup.
